At LÜM New-York, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. Each press-on nail set is carefully inspected, thoughtfully packaged, and secured to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, international shipping is not available.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Conditions
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, LÜM New-York is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
All products are inspected prior to shipment. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your request promptly.

Returned Shipments
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt may be subject to additional shipping fees.

 

 

Return Policy

At LÜM New-York, every set of press-on nails is meticulously inspected, carefully packaged, and prepared with intention. Each order is handled by hand to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

For this reason, we accept returns under the following conditions only.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and the original box has not been opened. For hygiene and quality reasons, any item that has been opened, used, or altered cannot be returned or refunded.

Condition of Products
All press-on nail sets are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment and securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and our team will review your request promptly.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team before sending any item back. Returned items must be sent in their original packaging, in the same condition in which they were received.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a few business days. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
